Mixed emotions??

hmmmm udah lama bgt y gw g nulis blog??

maaf2... dua alesan:

    

1. sibuknya minta ampun

2. emang lgy g ada yg diceritain. hehe. (yah sbenermya ada sih beberapa, cuma males aja ceritanya, kepanjangan, pegel ngetiknya ;p)

      

trus knapa dong skrg tiba2 nulis blog? 2 alesan lgy:

    

1. it's my last week of official school! (and exactly 1 month before I go home ^^)

2. g ada kerjaan di free lesson. maklumlah, exam art kan dah selsai, jd udh g ada art lessons lgy ;p

    

hahaha. sbnernya sih hari ini juga g ada yg spesial2 amat, plg hari ini last assembly sebagai lower 6, jd Mr. Downes say goodbye ke gw ama Christine (walau dia salah sebut nama Christine jadi Stephanie, sampe si Christine sewot, hehe). Tp bneran deh, gw blom ngerasa kayak dah mau pulang! perasaan 10 bulan cepet bgt y?? masih banyak yg blom gw liat disini, masih banyak yg blom dilakuin (walau ngga banyak juga sih yg bisa dilakuin, hehe).. bukannya gw g seneng mau pulang, seneng sih seneng, cuma rada2 mellow juga nih harus ninggalin 'gloomy old England' to return to the 'real world'.. apa lgy klo mikir kudu masuk 8 lgy! waduh, bisa kejang2 deh, dah biasa ama skul sini yg relatif lebih santai dengan guru2nya yg luar biasa helpful itu sih.

      

[Sedikit selingan:

    

Guru dsini bner2 perhatian bgt, muridnya g ngerti dya ngulang lgy, masih g ngerti, ulang lgy, g ngerti juga, ulang, ulang, dan ulang. sampe dya rela pulang sore klo nak2 sini masih tu-la-lit menjelang exam. coba di Indo.

Murid A: "Loh Bu, kok itu bisa bgitu..?"

Guru: "Apanya yg bisa bgitu? Kok kamu bisa nggak ngerti??" *senyum hilang

"Emang kamu nggak dengerin Ibu pas ngejelasin? Ngobrol mulu sih kamu! bla... bla.. bla... (terus ngedumel)" *kluar tanduknya

"Udah sana baca bukunya!"

Guru: *selsai nerangin Mat, senyum* "OK, folks, is there any part of it which you still don't understand?"

Murid A: "Miss, how'd you know 119x3=357??"

Guru: "You just multiply it out!" *tetap senyum

Murid A: "What?? Are you supposed to do it in your head? But--how??Can we not use a calculator??"

Guru: "C1 is a non-calculator paper folks, so yes, you have to do it in your head.. So you do this, this, and this..." *nerangin teknik dasar perkalian dengan ramah, lembut, dan sabar...

okay, okay, it might only be a generalisation,not all Indonesian teachers are mean and not all English teachers are as patient, tp bneran, kjadian kayak gtu emg pernah ada --> Anak di kelas Maths gw masih ada yg nggak bisa ngaliin ratusan tanpa kalkulator...

gw jd inget pernah ada perbadingan tingkat pelajaran Mat org Inggris ma Cina:

    

hiperbol sih sbenernya, emang sih Mat di Indo lebih susah, tp dsini juga g separah itu gampangnya kok ;p ]

                  

but eniwei, back to our main topic. jadi mlenceng gini, hehehe ;p

                            

iya, so, I'm going home next month. The good thing is: I'm gonna see my friends again!!! The bad thing: They'll be going to Uni soon and I'm still stuck in high school for another year. Hix3 :'( arrrghh it's so lame... but hey, it's my choice, and it turned out to be a great experience anyway since I've changed a great deal here (positively, I hope :) ) but still, I'm sure I'm gonna miss this rural, country life, living in the middle of nowhere, with sheeps in sight everytime you turn your head... i'm gonna miss the clean air, the beach, Twent's ice cream, the beatiful scenery of the Lake District, my hostfamily+Brambles+their beatiful house especially my GORGEOUS room (which I wish I could pack up in my suitcase. hehe), and most importantly, I'm gonna miss my freedom and independence :'( like the times I wandered around with Rizke in London, Edinburgh, and Wales, mostly on our own. i'm gonna miss the view from the train on the Carlisle-London route, or maybe even the Wigton-Maryport route. I might even miss our lousy old schoolbus with its reckless driver! What's worse, I might even miss this horrible English weather *_* Hhhhh. But anyway, what can I do though? All I could do is just hope that one day I could return to visit this place again... For now, I guess I'm just looking forward to come home... So.. c u guys in exactly a month then,and DON'T GO ANYWHERE! ;)
